Completion of the Fifth Edition of the Campaign "School, the gateway to an educated future!" (2023-2024)
Dear believers and good-hearted people,
We are very happy to announce that another action of our Parish has been completed!
As you well know, this campaign is carried out in collaboration with Voiteg Romanian Orthodox Parish - Timiș County, Romania -, a sister parish to ours. Twinned, because this action of ours cannot be crowned with good results, unless we "give hand, hand", thus managing to withstand the risk of dropping out of school, a habit very common in the case of children from rural areas.
Here we are, at the 5th episode of the series "School, the gateway to an educated future!". This means that for 5 years we have been able to keep the children in school! Well done, to everyone who helps us in this, we consider it a beautiful and blessed endeavor of ours. I confess to you that with each passing year it is more and more difficult to finish the campaigns. The economic situations of the whole world leave a strong mark on our ability, all of us, to get involved in charitable actions, however much we would like to. Then, there is always the fear, that "pope will ask for money again!". But, every time we assume this cataloging, to be beggars and beggars, knowing that the purpose and finality of the action is a real gain for our peers, the children from the town of Voiteg, Timiș County, Romania.
Given that the Romanian Patriarchate, the Metropolitanate of Germany, Central and Northern Europe, as well as the Metropolitanate of Banat, have appreciated the role of our action in combating school dropouts, I gladly accept to be milog in the years to come, knowing that in order to have a country better, we need educated children, they are the future of the country!
For all the times I've upset you with my requests and requests, please forgive me, my friend!
With love for our children,
Parish priest Vlad-Cătălin Lia

Issue number 4, finally!
The Emden Parish continues the tradition and together with the sister Parish, the one in Voiteg, Romania, wants to complete the action started in the autumn of last year, and now, at the end of the school year, to offer appreciation to all the students who showed good results in their studies in the 2022 - 2023 school year.
Thus, at the end of the year, we will give gifts to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
The details have been drawn and the gifts already established, all that remains is to be able to purchase them, and then hand them out to the joy of the hardworking.
We urge you to be with us this time as well in our efforts to offer an easier and brighter future to the children of the Romanian nation!
The story goes on!
To be continued...
dear ones,
Although our Parish's project, now in its 3rd edition, to support schoolchildren from the town of Voiteg, Timiș County, has ended for this school year, its echo is still circulating around the world.
Thus, Father Drăgan, parish priest of the Parish of Saint George in Voiteg, was asked to give an interview on this topic.
The scale of the project made it one for combating school dropout and improving the school situation.
Next I leave the audio article for you to listen to.
Congratulations and thanks to those who contributed in any way!
May the Lord bless everyone's sacrifice!
